Data protection
We're not robots!

Legal texts are often difficult to understand. At NetJuggler, we believe in clarity. We're not fans of mass data collection, so we protect everything that is humanly possible, in collaboration with our developers. We'll explain everything.

  • Zero banking data stored
  • No resale
  • Full control (GDPR)

Who handles that here? (It's Matthew!)

The legal data protection officer (the DPO) is Matthew Slade , the founder of NetJuggler. We don't use an outsourced call center: you can contact Matthew directly by email or phone.

(Our contact details are also permanently displayed at the very top of our website!)

The mechanics of the shop
Just the essentials

Why are you being asked for information?

We only collect the information you provide when you place an order (the required fields). The legal basis for this is the performance of our sales contract. This information is used solely for:

  • Prepare and ship your orders.
  • Edit your invoices.
  • Manage after-sales service in a personalized way.
Strictly confidential

Who do we share this information with?

Zero resale. Ever. We are the only recipients of your data. But in order for your package to reach you, we are required to share your address and phone number with our trusted partners:

  • Our carriers: La Poste (Colissimo), DPD, and sometimes DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on the urgency.
  • Our web partner: The French agency JVWEB , solely for statistical tracking (see Google Ads section below).
French legislation

How long do we keep your data?

The law imposes retention limits on our data. Your invoices and order history are kept for 10 years (accounting obligation). However, your customer data used for informational purposes (newsletter) is automatically deleted after 3 years of inactivity on your part.

Radical security choice

Zero banking data stored

This is a firm decision on our part: we NEVER store your bank details on the site. While this does mean you'll have to enter your card details for each order, we much prefer absolute security to computer laziness!

Newsletters, Google & Cookies

📈 Google Analytics & Our Ads (JVWEB)

We have entrusted the management of our Google advertising campaigns (AdWords) to the French agency JVWEB .
What does this mean for you? If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, Google Analytics collects anonymized data about your browsing (time spent, pages visited, origin from a Google ad).

What do we use it for? Only to know if our ads are effective and to optimize our budget! No personally identifiable information is transmitted. And most importantly: if you click "Decline" in our cookie banner, no tracking data is sent. You are in complete control.

📩 Sales Prospecting (Newsletter)

We only send you emails if you have given your explicit consent (by checking the "receive the newsletter" box when placing your order). Want to unsubscribe? You can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, send us a message, or give us a call! After unsubscribing, your email address is immediately removed from our mailing list.

🍪 Our Cookie Policy

Most of our cookies are used solely to remember your shopping cart so you don't lose it along the way. For audience measurement (statistics) cookies, the choice is yours.
