This workshop explores the connections between Windstyle, contact juggling, movement, and the relationship to objects. Through technical exercises, floor work, improvisation, and compositional exercises, participants will develop fluidity, coordination, precision of movement, and expressiveness of the body. Accessible to all circus disciplines, it encourages participants to enrich the relationship between body and object by exploring illusions, sensations, and new possibilities for movement.
