Shipping costs in Metropolitan France:

NetJuggler offers several flat rates for your shipping costs. For a delivery in France, the price is 7.5 euro for a 48h delivery by Colissimo with follow-up by email and sms whatever the amount of your order. You also have an Express delivery package for 6 euros with email and SMS tracking. For small items, you can choose delivery at 5 euros by priority letter without follow-up and without guarantee (up to 20 days). Finally, for bulky items, a flat rate of 14 euros may apply. The available shipping packages are displayed on the product page of each item under the "add to cart" button.

Shipping costs (outside mainland France):

The fixed shipping costs outside Metropolitan France are displayed under the "add to cart" button located on each product page (a drop-down menu with the different products delivered indicates the amount of the shipping costs applied).

Delivery outside the EU:

For any delivery outside the European Union, please contact us by email or telephone so that we can provide you with an estimate at the actual shipping costs.

General terms and conditions of online sales:

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company NetJuggler with a capital of 150,000 euros whose head office is in Oradour sur Glane, registered in the Limoges trade and companies register under number R.C.S. LIMOGES 479 980 492 hereinafter referred to as "NetJuggler" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the "NetJuggler.net" website.

Subject:

These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between NetJuggler and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the netjuggler.net merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by NetJuggler.

NetJuggler reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Characteristics of the goods and services offered:

The products and services offered are those listed on the netjuggler.net website.

These items and services are offered while stocks last.

The photographs of the website are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the item offered, in particular with regard to the colours.

Rates:

The prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the items or services.

NetJuggler reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The prices indicated do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs.

Geographical area:

The online sale of items and services presented on the website is reserved for buyers who reside in France, in the overseas departments and territories or in Belgium and for deliveries required in these geographical areas. Additional shipping costs may be requested for deliveries outside mainland France.

Orders:

The buyer who wishes to buy an item or service must:

- Fill in the identification form on which he/she will indicate all the contact details requested or give his/her customer number if he/she has one;

- Add the items he/she wants to order to his/her cart;

- Validate his/her order after checking it;

- Make the payment under the conditions provided;

- Confirm his/her order and payment.

The confirmation of the order entails the acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation of taking advantage of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.

Terms of payment:

The price is payable when ordering.

Payments will be made by check, Paypal (refer to www.Paypal.fr), or credit card. For the latter, they will be made through Crédit Mutuel's Citelis secure system, which uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third parties cannot read it during transport on the network.

At the request of the buyer, he/she will be sent an invoice showing the VAT.

Delivery:

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items have left NetJuggler's premises. In the event of damage during transportation, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

Some information if you order with our economy package in Priority Mail:

Warning, this delivery method is ideal if you want to save money. If what you want is to be delivered quickly, this is not the best choice. We recommend delivery within 24 or 48 hours instead.

Some information if you order with our 48h package:

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery within 48 hours. As with all carriers this is not an exact science :-). That being said, we find that over the 12 months of the year, Colissimo is reliable. The 48h deadline is 93% respected in Metropolitan France. Do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter a problem with your delivery, we are here to help you: 05 55 56 25 79.

48-hour deliveries are guaranteed from our premises from Monday to Friday, we cannot deliver to you on Sunday.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox telling you which post office to go to collect your package.

Do you live on an island? Oléron, Corsica, Ré etc... Note that it takes 1 to 2 additional days to deliver all small islands around France. Our delivery people sometimes have to swim across!!!

Some information if you order with our 24h package:

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. As with all carriers this is not an exact science :-). That being said, we find that over the 12 months of the year, the carrier we work with is serious and manages to deliver 95% of packages within this 24-hour deadline.

24-hour deliveries are guaranteed from Monday to Friday, we cannot deliver to you on Saturday and Sunday with this delivery method.

Don't forget to receive your parcel because after 10 days if you have not gone to collect it, it will come back to us and we will be forced to invoice you again for the shipping costs to organize a new shipment! It would be a shame, wouldn't it!

We have chosen to provide you with a 24-hour delivery cheaper than a 48-hour delivery, we do not reimburse the costs postage if the delivery time is not respected.

Warranty:

All the items supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: NetJuggler, 28 avenue 10 juin 1944, 87520 Oradour-sur-Glane or by email: netjuggler.service@gmail .com, within thirty days of delivery.

Responsibility:

The seller, in the process of selling online, is only bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

Intellectual property:

All elements of the netjuggler.net website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Matthew SLADE.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.

Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Mr. SLADE.

Personal data:

In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, information of a nominative nature relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing.

Archiving - Proof:

NetJuggler will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.

NetJuggler's computerized registers will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Dispute resolution:

These conditions of online sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Limoges, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.

    Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu mon colis mais j'avais commandé un diabolo Vision Free bleu et j'ai reçu à la place un diabolo Huriccane bleu.

    Lorsque je télécharge le ticket de retour dans le site DPD, le site me précise que l'option de retour n'est pas disponible pour mon colis.

    Quelle est la procédure à faire pour retourner mon colis?

      Toute commande passée avant midi est expédiée le jour même.

      Cas à part : si un article est indiqué comme étant en rupture de stock ou tout article où il y a un délai de fabrication/livraison spécifié au tout début de sa description :-)
