The Right of Withdrawal (The Basics)
In accordance with the law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days . This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the package.
1. Inform us of your decision
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (a simple email or phone call is perfectly sufficient!). This communication must be sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.
2. Effects of Withdrawal & Refund
In the event of a return, we will refund all payments received (cost of the items). The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the initial transaction. Note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods at our premises.
How do I return a package to us?
To ensure we can process your return efficiently and arrange your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, please follow these 3 simple steps:
- 1. Packaging (Crucial) Please remember to protect the equipment well. We have received damaged boxes and empty envelopes before... Don't hesitate to use tape and reinforce your box. If the equipment arrives damaged or missing, we will have difficulty helping you!

2. The small note
Please write the following information on a separate sheet of paper (to be included in the package):
• The reason for the return
• Your full name and a phone number
• Your order number . - 3. The Expedition To return a product, we recommend using the Colissimo (La Poste) service; it's the most efficient way to get your item to us. Please keep your proof of postage and the tracking number.
Please... No Pickup Points!
Do not send us your returns via a Relay Point network (Mondial Relay, Chrono Shop2Shop, etc.).
We don't collect returns from drop-off points. Being located in the countryside, the nearest drop-off points are sometimes a 20 or 30-minute drive from our premises by tractor! La Poste (Colissimo) is the only carrier that delivers directly to our warehouse door.

🚫 What cannot be returned
The law provides for exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Specifically, in our catalog, here are the items that we unfortunately cannot accept for return or refund:
🎨 Custom-made or personalized equipment
All goods made to your specifications. To help you identify them, it is expressly stated on their product page that the item cannot be returned. This applies in particular to:
- Sarneige equipment: Mats, gymnastic areas and landing mats (made to order).
- The Mascots: Each costume is specially made to order in Auvergne.
🛡️ Hygiene and health
Contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (for example, circus makeup or certain mouthpieces).
⏱️ Other legal exceptions
- Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines (excluding subscriptions).
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
