Read this before using or charging your batteries 🔥
Lithium batteries are powerful… but delicate. Here are the essential rules for safe, simple and stress-free use.

Where are these batteries used?
Lithium batteries are found in:
- the light capsules;
- the PodPoi;
- lithium flow cells.
Risks in case of improper handling
- leak ;
- fire ;
- blast ;
- property damage and injuries.
Charge your batteries safely
- Load in an isolated location, away from any flammable materials.
- Never leave a load unattended.
- Check that the charger is working properly at the beginning of each charge.
If a battery gets hot, swells, smokes or gives off a strange odor, stop everything and place it in a safe place outside for 15 minutes.
Not all chargers are created equal.
Some chargers on the market may incorrectly charge a Li-ion battery. Always monitor the charge and make sure your charger is compatible.
Forbidden gestures
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery.
- Do not pierce, strike or crush it.
- Avoid repeated vibrations and shocks.
- Do not allow it to come into contact with metallic objects.
Store your batteries properly
- Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
- Never in a hot car.
- Avoid all sources of heat.
- Do not expose to very cold environments.
Keep out of reach
Batteries should never be handled by children: they are not toys and present serious risks.
Contact with the eye
If battery fluid gets into an eye:
- Do not rub.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- See a doctor quickly.
