Cookies 🍪
The law requires us to make you read this incredibly boring page. So, at NetJuggler, we decided to write it in our own words to make it more palatable. Spoiler alert: we hate targeted advertising as much as you do!

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a tiny text file (completely harmless) that is stored on your computer or phone via your web browser. Its purpose is to remember information from one page to another, or during your next visit.
Without them, the internet would have no memory. Your shopping cart would empty every time you clicked on a link, and you would have to log in again on every page!
Operational Cookies (The Essentials)
These cookies are absolutely vital for the shop to function. You cannot disable them, otherwise our site would completely malfunction! Here's what they're used for:
- 🛒 The Amnesiac Cookie: It remembers your shopping cart from one page to another and mysteriously disappears when you close your browser.
- 🔒 The Lazy Cookie: To stay connected to your account without re-typing your password (only if you check "stay connected").
- 💾 The Foresight Cookie: To keep your basket warm for your next visit (via the "save" button).
- 🤔 The Paradoxical Cookie: This one remembers whether you accept (or refuse) our statistics cookies. Yes, we need a cookie to remember that you don't want cookies!
Statistics Cookies
To improve our site, we use statistics to understand how you navigate our shop (the items you like, the bugs you encounter). This data is completely anonymous. You can refuse to participate; it doesn't really help us improve the site, but we gladly accept it! 😊
- 📊 Google Analytics Measures traffic (visit duration, page views). Essential for knowing if you're reading our articles!
- 🎯 Google Ad Storage Allows for the technical storage of information related to the overall monitoring of our potential campaigns.
- 👤 Google Ad User Data Defines the consent to send fully anonymized user data to Google.
- 🎨 Google Ad Personalization Defines global consent for personalization (which we don't use anyway).
- 🔍 Bing Additional statistics in case you landed on NetJuggler from the Bing search engine.
🚫 Advertising Cookies (We hate them)
At NetJuggler, WE DON'T USE THEM. It's that simple.
You know that creepy feeling? You search for a pair of sneakers on a website, and for three weeks, those same sneakers haunt you and appear on your grandmother's apple pie recipe or on your news feed.
These are called advertising "retargeting" cookies. We hate being subjected to them when we browse the internet ourselves, so there's no way we're going to subject you to them! You can browse our unicycle pages in complete peace of mind; no unicycle will bother you anywhere else on the web.

Aren't you obliged to provide a single button to opt out of all cookies?
