The "Forever Flow" full lifetime guarantee
Flowtoys' comprehensive "forever flow" lifetime guarantee is designed to let you practice, play, party, and perform with your Flowtoys® gear without worrying about breaking it, and to freely find your flow. It's also designed to ensure your investment in Flowtoys accessories lasts a lifetime, even as we improve our products, and to reduce waste and encourage reuse with a lifetime take-back program.
Flowtoys / NetJuggler warranty // EUROPE
If you are located in the European Union, you can use NetJuggler, based in France, for your product returns. This will allow you to minimize the cost of your returns. It will indeed be less expensive to return your products to our facilities in France than to the United States.
Action required: For all Flowtoys after-sales service requests, please contact Flowtoys USA first . They will then put us in touch so we can handle everything with you.

Although explained in the lengthy texts below, I would like to clarify that this support from NetJuggler is provided for the first two years of the warranty on electronic components; afterwards, any returns must be handled directly by Flowtoys USA.

Legal Version: What is covered
1. Defects in materials or workmanship:
- All products manufactured by Flowtoys are covered for the lifetime of the owner.
- Flowtoys will provide a free repair or replacement (excluding postage) of the defective part or, if we are unable to do so after a reasonable number of attempts, a full refund.
2. Failure of non-electronic parts (intended use):
- Covered for the lifetime of the owner.
- Free repair or replacement (shipping costs not included).
3. Electronics (intended use within 2 years):
- Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Free repair or replacement. NetJuggler handles the first 2 years (stock available), then it's with Flowtoys US.
The Bonus: Trade-in Credit
4. Lifetime buyback credit:
You can return any accessory manufactured by Flowtoys at any time, in any condition, and receive a 50% credit towards any Flowtoys purchase.
🚫 What is NOT covered
- Products not manufactured by Flowtoys.
- Loss or theft.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unintentional use (water, dog, rough surfaces...).
- "Lifestyle" products (bags, t-shirts...): replaced if defective within 60 days, but no 50% refund.

🔎 Zoom: Accessories made by Flowtoys
Here's how it works:
- Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for life.
- You will need to return the part to us and cover the return shipping costs, but we will replace it free of charge.
- Great feature: resume anytime, any condition = 50% credit.
- No damage and less than 2 years old = Free .
- Damage/unintentional use = Half price .
- Over 2 years = Battery fee OR Half price .
- Intended use and undamaged = Free for life .
- Improper use = Half price .
- Normal wear and tear = Half price .
📋 Specific examples and details
- Cords/Twinkles: They wear out. No free replacements, but replacement at half price is possible.
- Grip: Wears out. See replacement policy.
- 3D Connectors:
Sabers/Staves 1 inch: Free for life (because frequent disassembly is expected).
Others: Half price (because they do not need to be dismantled). - Vision Clubs (non-elec parts): The body, handle, buttons wear out (this is normal).
Free if the defect is less than 2 years old. Half price after 2 years.
It is possible to buy the parts ($5-$15) to repair it yourself.
Focus on LEDs and Batteries
The battery is a consumable item (like in a phone). It loses its capacity after 2 years or 300-500 charges, even without use.
- Less than 2 years old and undamaged = Free replacement (subject to stock availability, NetJuggler will assist you).
- Over 2 years old OR damaged = Paid Service (service only with Flowtoys USA).

Note: Are you handy? If you know how to solder, you can replace the battery yourself without voiding the warranty. Contact us.
Personalize! Cut, stick stickers... The warranty remains valid (repair/replacement), but we will not be able to redo your customizations on the new product.
It's designed for movement. If used as a lever, chewed by a dog, or drowned in the ocean = Half-price replacement.
Products from other companies (Pixelwhips, etc.): Proof of purchase required. Specific manufacturer's warranty (not Flowtoys' warranty).

- Contact Flowtoys USA FIRST: Do not send anything without contacting us .
- Loss/Theft: Not covered.
- Shipping: Pack carefully and track your package. We are not responsible for postal losses.
- Credit: Must be validated before purchase. No retroactive effect.
- Troubleshooting: Read the advice relating to your product before returning it.
- Stock: Replacement depending on available stock (color/model not 100% guaranteed).
- Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse the guarantee in case of abuse (intentional, repeated damage...).
- Shipping costs: You are responsible for the outbound shipping costs. No return labels are provided.
- Treatment time: Up to 2 weeks.
- Combinations: Do not mix with parts from other manufacturers without authorization.
