- €6⚡ 24-hour Fast Pickup Point Via DPD. Not for bulky items. 95% on time.
Exceptions: balance balls, certain mats/mattresses and of course bulky items may incur an additional charge.
Swimming delivery - the islands
Oléron, Corsica, Ré... lucky you! Add 1 or 2 extra days . You shouldn't have teased us with your sea view.
It seems that delivery drivers sometimes have to swim across... Sometimes for bulky items, there may be an additional charge that our website cannot calculate; we will contact you and, of course, if this unforeseen charge is not acceptable to you, we will automatically offer you a cancellation and a refund of the order.
🌴 Overseas Territories Shipments: Operation Transparency
For Réunion, the French West Indies, French Guiana, French Polynesia... our website can't predict the exact size of your order in advance. So we do it the "old-fashioned" way, step by step:

Prices for mainland France in general. Note: avoid bulky Sarneige items ; have them delivered to mainland France first.
🇪🇺 European Union
On each product page, a drop-down menu displays the shipping cost to your country. Sarneige equipment cannot be shipped outside of Metropolitan France.
🌍 International (outside EU)
Contact us for a personalized quote. We work with FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Customs documents are included (but customs fees are your responsibility). Don't order at the last minute!
⏱️ Deadlines and guarantees
No delivery date is set in stone —carriers are human. Our statistics speak for themselves. Packages are delivered Monday through Friday; if you're not home, the driver will leave a delivery notice (when they have time).
🚫 Seed trafficking
Many non-EU countries—particularly in South America— strictly prohibit the import of seeds. However, many juggling balls are filled with millet. Customs officials are not lenient, and the equipment often ends up destroyed at the border.
The only theoretical solution? Authorization via diplomatic pouch between embassies. This requires a very good political relationship between France and your country. Unfortunately, we can't help you with these procedures, as they fall outside our area of expertise. We do know that some performing arts companies representing French culture abroad manage to get their projects through diplomatic pouches, which we find a bit scandalous, but that's not the place for that discussion, lol.
