We ship to most countries. Take the time to read the section dedicated to your country. We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Any order placed before noon is dispatched the same day (except items displayed as out of stock and items where it is specified that there is a manufacturing/preparation time).

Delivery packages for Metropolitan France:

Our website will propose, in most cases, 4 delivery packages:

  • Economy 5 euros: this package only works for items that fit in a bubble envelope. As soon as a certain mass or volume is exceeded, this package is no longer offered.
  • Package Colissimo 7.50 euros : For the majority of our catalog.
  • Package Colissimo 14 euros: For unicycles and bulky items.
  • 24-hour delivery to a pick-up point: Fast delivery (excluding bulky items).
  • Exceptions: walking globes and certain landing mats may justify an extra charge at the time of delivery.

For deliveries in Metropolitan France, our website guides and informs you while you place an order with lots of information. If you have any doubts, questions, need advice, we can be reached by phone at 05 55 56 25 79. Our number is not hidden, it is everywhere and you can also find it on all the pages during the ordering process :-). If you manage to reach us to order something, you can reach us just as easily in case of a problem!

New concept: delivery by swimming!

Do you live on an island? Oléron, Corsica, Ré etc. Lucky bunch! Be aware that it takes 1 to 2 additional days to deliver all the small islands around France. We shouldn't be teased! It seems that delivery people sometimes have to swim across!!!

DOM TOM delivery:

Contact us directly by email or by phone, we are used to organizing shipments every day to the DOM TOM, we can accompany you, advise you and organize a quote from your "shopping list " :-)

French Army HUBS delivery:

You can order directly on our website, generally France Metropolitan delivery rates apply. You will be forced to choose a Colissimo delivery unless you have it delivered to your home before making the transfer yourself. Be careful, avoid ordering bulky items from the Sarneige brand, we will not be able to help you with these items for customs formalities. You should have them delivered to Metropolitan France and see with the army for the organization of the expedition, they are used to it.

Delivery to European Union:

On each product page of our website, there is a drop-down menu with the cost of the delivery package to your country. Note that all Sarneige brand equipment (mattresses, floor mats, etc.) cannot be shipped outside of France.

International deliveries:

Outside the EU, please contact us by email or telephone with the content of the desired material so that we can organize a quote with delivery costs. You will be charged the actual shipping costs. For deliveries outside the EU, we work with Fedex, DHL or UPS depending on the best price offer of the day. In general, we do not work with La Poste services for this type of delivery (too many problems with lost parcels). The organization of customs documents will be carried out at our expense. Please note, however, that we will not be able to estimate the costs of customs clearance and some customs clearance may take time beyond our control, do not order at the last minute! Note that all Sarneige brand equipment (mattresses, floor mats, etc.) cannot be shipped outside of France.

Warranty and delivery times:

Please note that we do not guarantee any delivery times. As with all carriers this is not an exact science :-). That being said, we find that over the 12 months of the year, Colissimo is reliable. The 48h deadline is 93% respected in Metropolitan France. For 24-hour deliveries to a relay point, 95% of deliveries with the DPD carrier are made on time in Metropolitan France. Deliveries are guaranteed from our premises from Monday to Friday , we cannot deliver to you on Sunday.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave you a notice in your mailbox indicating which post office to pick up your package.

Seed trafficking:

Many countries outside the EU, especially countries in South America, prohibit the import of seeds. You should know that many juggling balls are filled with seeds (millet). Customs crossings are not tolerated and the equipment is often destroyed when crossing the border. We will not be able to ship this type of material to certain countries. The only solution for this type of transport is to have an authorization between embassies with the use of a transport in "diplomatic bag"), as much to tell you that it takes a good reason or political agreement between France and the country in question.

What happens once your package leaves?

We've been shipping packages every weekday since 2000. We like to think your order is in good hands!

Our team prepares packages from Monday to Friday. Once the package has left, unlike many sites on the web, we are still at your service.
