Aerial Fit Studio
Aerial Fit Studio is a former aerial acrobatics studio located in Bratislava, Slovakia, founded in 2019 by acrobat and teacher Jana Kováčová.
Specializing in aerial silks and hoop, he offered introductory and advanced courses, as well as supplementary sessions for physical conditioning and flexibility. His teaching combined technical learning, strength development, coordination, and artistic expression.
The courses were accessible to beginners, with no prior experience required, and the progression was adapted to each participant's level. Thematic workshops and private lessons completed the offering.
The studio is currently closed. Its founder mentions the possibility of resuming training in the future, but no reopening date has been announced on the official website.

A founder with a background in gymnastics
Jana Kováčová practiced competitive artistic gymnastics for eleven years before discovering aerial acrobatics in 2011.
She then participated in shows in Slovakia and abroad, before starting to teach in 2016.
She notably holds an international Spin City Aerial Fitness instructor certification and a sports coach qualification.
Aerial silks and hoop
The studio's program included aerial silks classes, allowing students to learn climbing techniques, suspended positions, and sequences.
Aerial hoop classes allowed students to work on balance, transitions, and the creation of choreographic sequences.
Beginners could discover both disciplines through the Intro to Aerial program, before joining higher level courses.
A suitable progression
The teaching was designed to be accessible without prior experience in gymnastics or circus arts.
Students progressed according to their abilities, with an individual assessment of their level before moving on to intermediate courses.
The studio also offered Aerial Fitness and Flexi Yoga sessions, dedicated to physical strengthening and flexibility.
Private lessons and themed workshops completed the offering.
An activity that is currently suspended
Aerial Fit Studio has ceased its teaching activities. Its founder explains on the official website that she is on maternity leave and plans to resume classes when possible.
No reopening date or course program for 2026–2027 has been announced at this time.
