Aerial Flow Trnava

Aerial Flow Trnava is a studio specializing in aerial disciplines, located in Trnava, Slovakia. Founded by Beáta Mitasová , it offers activities for children and adults, from motor skills development to aerial acrobatics.

Her teaching is based primarily on aerial silks and aerial hoop , supplemented by pole dance, bungee dance and various body preparation activities.

A school developed around aerial arts

Beáta Mitasová began teaching yoga, mobility exercises and physical activities for children in 2019 .

After discovering aerial silks in Bratislava, she gradually developed silks and hoop classes in Trnava.

In December 2022 , she opened her first independent studio. Due to the growth of her business, Aerial Flow Trnava moved to a larger space in 2024 on Starohájska Street.

Aerial fabric

Aerial silks is one of the studio's core disciplines.

It allows acrobatic figures to be performed on a suspended fabric, combining strength , flexibility , coordination and body control .

The courses are open to beginners, including people who have never practiced acrobatic sports.

The aerial hoop

Aerial Flow Trnava also offers aerial hoop sessions.

This suspended circular apparatus allows for the exploration of different positions, balances, and acrobatic movements.

The hoop can be used statically or in rotation , offering varied possibilities for technical and artistic work.

Classes for children

The studio welcomes children from the age of 4 to discover aerial acrobatics.

Activities for young participants combine the discovery of equipment, coordination and the development of physical abilities.

The Aerial Kids program is one of the regular activities offered by the establishment.

Aerial Baby: motor development from 18 months

Aerial Flow Trnava also offers a program for toddlers from 18 months to 3 years old .

These sessions are organised in the presence of a parent and supervised by two coaches .

Children move through a playful course using various accessories, including balls, tunnels, yoga blocks, balance elements and aerial equipment.

The goal is to develop coordination , balance , posture and spatial awareness .

This is a psychomotor development program and not a real aerial acrobatics course for babies.

Additional activities

The studio also offers pole dance classes, combining dance and acrobatics on a vertical pole.

Bungee dance uses harnesses and elastic ropes to perform suspended and dynamic movements.

Yoga, mobility and back strengthening sessions complete the offering.

These activities allow you to work on different physical qualities useful for practicing aerial disciplines.

A teaching team

Beáta Mitasová runs the studio and has training as a yoga instructor as well as experience in teaching physical activities for children.

The team also includes specialists in physical conditioning and gymnastics.

Involvement in competitions

Aerial Flow Trnava participates in the development of aerial disciplines by organizing the Aerial Flow Cup Cífer .

An edition of this competition is announced for 2026 , with rules and registration documents.

This initiative illustrates the studio's involvement in the aerial acrobatics community, beyond the usual courses.

Activities for children

The studio also organizes birthday parties that include aerial silks discovery activities.

Children can try simple exercises and participate in supervised acrobatic games.

A specialized studio in Trnava

Aerial Flow Trnava is not a multidisciplinary circus school. Juggling, unicycling, and object balancing are not among the advertised disciplines.
