Circadiem Company – Circus Workshops and Courses

The Circadiem Company is a circus association based in Oradour-sur-Glane , in Haute-Vienne. Created in 2008 , it develops artistic, educational and cultural activities around circus arts.

Passing on knowledge and skills is an important part of its activity. The company organizes circus workshops during school holidays and participates in events and projects organized in the local area.

The workshops allow children and young people to discover different families of circus arts in a multidisciplinary practice.

The disciplines offered

Juggling plays an important role in the activities offered. Participants can work with scarves, balls, clubs, diabolos, devil sticks, Chinese plates and bolas.

Balancing on objects allows you to experiment with the balance ball, the rola-bola, the PedalGo, the balance wire or even the reel.

Acrobatics complements this practice with work around rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs, hand jumps, acrobatic lifts and human pyramids.

This diversity allows participants to discover several disciplines during the same internship before devoting more time to the activities that particularly interest them.

The workshops are open to both beginners and those with prior experience in circus arts. Recent offerings include workshops for children as young as 6 .

Regular programming in 2026

In 2026 , the company developed a regular program of workshops in Oradour-sur-Glane during different school holiday periods, with events organized in particular in February , April and August .

The activities are mainly held at the Robert Lapuelle hall in Oradour-sur-Glane.

A mobile dimension

The Circadiem Company also has a touring dimension. Its artists participate in cultural events and can offer introductory workshops directly at the event venues.

These sessions allow participants to discover juggling and acrobatic lifts under the guidance of professionals from the company.

A live performance company

Beyond its educational activities, Circadiem remains a performing arts company. Its project combines artistic practice, transmission and dissemination of circus arts.
