The proposed practices

Balancing act

The Julien Social Centre presents circus arts as a particularly comprehensive physical activity. The diversity of exercises engages numerous physical abilities and allows children to experiment with different ways of moving, manipulating, balancing, and performing acrobatic movements.

A weekly appointment

The training is organized around a weekly meeting . This regularity allows participants to progress throughout the season and gradually deepen their understanding of the various techniques covered.

The workshop is led by Amanda Ardon and takes place every Tuesday at the Julien Social Centre.

An offering within a broader program
