The studio offers diverse instruction combining circus arts, physical conditioning, dance, and body expression in a friendly environment adapted to different skill levels.

Studio History

The story of FlyFitness began in 2012 , when circus artist Ritter Emőke envisioned a space dedicated to aerial disciplines and new forms of movement. Drawing on her experience in international circus and variety shows, she developed the studio alongside Szép Anita , a teacher specializing in modern dance, pole dance, and pole sport.

Their goal is to make original artistic and sporting disciplines accessible, allowing participants to develop their physical abilities while discovering the pleasure of acrobatics and suspended movement.

Audience welcomed

FlyFitness welcomes children aged 7 to 15, as well as teenagers and adults aged 16 and over . Classes are suitable for beginners wishing to discover a new activity, as well as experienced practitioners wanting to perfect their technique.

Aerial gymnastics (Legtorna)

One of the studio's main specialties is aerial gymnastics, called Légtorna in Hungarian. This discipline combines strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and artistic expression. Students gradually learn to master various suspended apparatus and perform acrobatic figures in the air.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial hoop, also known as aerial hoop , is one of the disciplines offered. Participants learn to move on a suspended metal hoop, performing static poses, rotations, and technical sequences. This activity particularly develops muscle strength, body stability, flexibility, and self-confidence.

Aerial Hammock

The studio also offers aerial hammock classes. This practice uses a suspended fabric forming a loop in which students perform various positions, acrobatic movements, and balance exercises. It allows students to work on mobility, coordination, strength, and body control, while discovering the unique sensations of movement in suspension.

Aerial trapeze

Aerial trapeze is also among the disciplines offered by FlyFitness. This traditional circus arts apparatus allows for the exploration of various acrobatic techniques and the development of a complementary approach to aerial gymnastics.

Pole dance and pole sport

Alongside aerial disciplines, FlyFitness offers pole dance and pole sport classes. These activities combine dance, gymnastics, and acrobatics around a vertical pole. Participants learn moves, rotations, transitions, and technical sequences that develop muscular strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Pole fitness classes are also offered to children under the name Kid-Rúd . This discipline allows young participants to develop their motor skills, balance, strength and self-confidence through exercises adapted to their age.

The studio also offers Exotic Pole , a choreographic discipline combining pole dance, fluid movements, artistic expression and musicality work.

Physical preparation and complementary disciplines

In addition to aerial and acrobatic training, FlyFitness offers various physical conditioning activities, including ground acrobatics, gymnastics, stretching, mobility exercises, and dance. These disciplines help improve posture, flexibility, coordination, and overall fitness.

Pedagogical approach

The teaching is based on a progression adapted to each participant's abilities. Group classes are organized with a limited number of people to allow teachers to give individual attention to each student, correct movements, and promote safe technical learning.

Private lessons are also available for those wishing to benefit from individualized guidance. These sessions can be adapted to different objectives, such as discovering a discipline, perfecting a move, developing flexibility, or preparing an acrobatic routine.

FlyFitness also offers independent practice slots allowing experienced students to train and consolidate their skills in an equipped space.

Children's classes

The school places particular importance on children's education. Aerial gymnastics, hoop, hammock, and acrobatics sessions allow young participants to develop their physical abilities while discovering a fun and motivating activity.

Unlike facilities primarily focused on competition, FlyFitness prioritizes an approach centered on regular practice, well-being, injury prevention, and the enjoyment of movement. The establishment does, however, support students wishing to reach a more advanced technical level.

Artistic dimension

Over the years, several students from the studio have pursued professional training in circus arts and have gone on to careers in the performing arts. This artistic dimension reflects the experience of the teaching team and their commitment to circus disciplines.

Facilities

The studio features a training area equipped for aerial and acrobatic practices. The facilities include apparatus adapted to different disciplines, as well as equipment for muscle strengthening and physical conditioning.

FlyFitness also emphasizes the comfort and welcome of participants, with an air-conditioned and heated space, designed to allow regular practice in good conditions.
