Aerial fabric
Aerial silks is one of the main activities offered by Go Fly Studio.
Participants gradually learn holds, silks climbs, wraps, and basic aerial maneuvers. As they gain experience, they can work on more complex movements and develop their confidence in the air.
The studio has fabrics up to nine meters high, allowing different techniques to be worked on depending on the level of the participants.
The classes are accessible to beginners with no prior experience in acrobatics or gymnastics. The exercises start at low heights before gradually progressing.
The aerial hoop
Go Fly Studio also offers aerial hoop classes, organized in the form of learning cycles.
Participants discover the different holds, static positions, and transitions on the apparatus. This progression then allows them to tackle more elaborate sequences.
Hoop work requires, in particular, arm, back and abdominal strength, as well as flexibility and body control in space.
The groups follow a progressive program allowing participants to advance with people of a comparable level.
