She is notably responsible for the development of aerial silks practice in Rijeka.

Kristinka Dušek also participates in the supervision of regular aerial discipline courses.

An active member of the association, she is involved in the organization, production and transmission of circus techniques.

She continues her training with guest artists and also has experience in theatre.
