Juggling with Russian balls:

The diameter of the ball is 65mm. The shell is made using the same recipe used on the handles of the PX3 / PX4 clubs.

The ball is sold with a filling of fine quartz sand, for a total mass of 76 grams. Thanks to the ball cap, you can change this filling at any time to add or remove material or to add another type of filling.

Stores up to 7 balls like these. The bag will be automatically added to your order when it is prepared if you order at least 5 of these balls . :-)

This type of filling allows the center of gravity to be reduced in order to obtain beautiful trajectories during high throws.

This type of ball also allows a good grip because when you catch these balls, the mass is concentrated on the bottom of the ball.

This model is sometimes criticized for being hard to the touch. For optimal comfort, many jugglers wrap this ball in a balloon, this adds excellent grip. We invite you to try :-).

For what type of practice?

The Plug and Play Russian Ball is ideal for experienced jugglers who want to manage the weight of their balls. It is perfect for 5 balls and more. This rather small version is interesting if you have small hands up to 7 balls and then it is interesting for 8 or 9 balls even if you have large hands.

Tips for filling balls:

The balls are easy to fill using a small funnel. If you don't have one, you can make one yourself very easily using a sheet of paper.

If you don't know where to find fine quartz, head to a materials store, you will find them almost everywhere. The price per kilo is around 20 cents.

In our experience, the materials most used for filling Russian balls and which are most popular are: fine quartz sand and fine salt.

Play has developed a cap system here. You will have to force it in (with your fingers). There's a little help to be had. This action is done with force so that the cap stays in place while you juggle. It can again be removed as many times as you wish if you want to modify the filling of your balls. If you lose the cap, we sell them individually on our site.
