Pedalo® Knee Trainer Plate
The Pedalo® Knee Trainer Plate is an accessory designed to improve stability and knee training during exercises performed on a wall bar . It serves as a fixing plate to adjust the distance between the bracket and the wall, thus preventing any slipping during training. Made of birch plywood with a clear varnish finish, it is equipped with eight notches (four on the left and four on the right) that allow the Kniefit support to be positioned at different distances according to the user's needs. It is particularly useful for squat exercises performed with a suspension vest , ensuring a stable base and better body alignment.
