Gantry assembly:
This assembly video provides a clear understanding of the role of each component provided. The video was created for the 7m version of the gantry. Assembly is similar, with fewer posts on this version.
Gantry safety:
The TP560 comes with certifications for use in all environments, whether for professional or amateur use. The entire structure contains no welds.
- The anchor plate is 8mm thick, made of folded and laser-cut steel.
- The legs are laser-cut and made of folded steel. They are 4mm thick.
- The posts are made of hot-dip galvanized steel so they will never rust.
- The support as well as the winch dedicated to the assembly and disassembly of the structure are guaranteed not to break during the assembly and disassembly phases.
Easy transport and assembly:
- The heaviest element of the structure weighs 10 kg.
- The structure can be assembled and disassembled without any tools.
- The pole sections are 175cm long and strapped together, allowing easy transport in most vehicles.
- All accessories fit in a box that measures 60x40x40cm.
- The posts assemble together quickly and securely, with stainless steel spring buttons.
- Each post is secured to its base and to the anchor plate using 12mm diameter pins.
- A secure and quick system to set up.

Versatile and modular:
- WLL (Working Load Limit) or CMU (Maximum Working Load): 400 daN (approx. 400 Kg).
Gantry crane from the CIRCUS DIVISION range, a range of aerial equipment designed, manufactured and certified in Italy by PLAY Srl in accordance with Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 December 2001 and the general product safety and European legislation UNI EN 913:20019.
The TP560 can be assembled in several configurations depending on your use.
- The included accessories allow you to install your equipment directly on the anchor plate or using a pulley and locking system. This allows you to quickly interchange the different pieces of equipment on your gantry.
- Using 4 sections per post (using the 4 meter cabling) allows the installation of the 5.6 meter high gantry with a base of 4.4mx 4.4mx 4.4m.
- Using 3 sections per post (using the 3 meter cabling) allows the installation of the 4.2 meter high gantry with a base of 3.4mx 3.4mx 3.4m.
- The anchor plate benefits from a design with several anchor points allowing the gantry to be used with aerial fabrics , ropes , aerial hoops , fixed trapezes and other rigging equipment.
- Trapeze Anchor : The spacing of the trapeze anchor points on the board is 65cm. This is also the reason why the board is so wide: to be able to properly accommodate a trapeze. With a spacing of 65cm, this allows the board to be used with different sizes of trapeze of 65cm (max) as well as smaller sizes. We do not recommend using it with a wider trapeze (possible twisting of the ropes on wide figures).
Stability:
- 80 mm diameter post for significant stability.
- The tapered lock at the base of each tapered section ensures even weight dispersion and eliminates any possible movement between the pole sections.
- The total mass of 110 kg ensures considerable stability and resistance to sudden weight changes caused by dynamic acrobatics.
Extreme use
If you have questions, for example, about the use of dynamic apparatus on the gantry, the Dynamic Load Limit is 450 kg with a risk factor of 7 to 1. Dynamic uses inside the gantry triangle are therefore possible. For example, figures based on falls on aerial silks. However, not all dynamic figures outside the triangle of the poles are possible with this gantry. For example: swinging trapeze (fixed trapeze: yes). To increase the height of the gantry
If you later want to upgrade this same gantry to a 7-meter-high version, it's entirely possible. Here are the elements you'll need that are not included with the 5.60m version on this page. You'll only need 3 central elements and 3 5-meter-long cables . And you'll have enough to assemble your gantry in a 7-meter-high version.

You are responsible for your actions, decisions, and safety. For equipment intended for fall protection systems, it is essential for safety that the anchor device or anchor point is always positioned to minimize both the potential for a fall and the distance from the fall.
Check the clearance under the user before each use so that in the event of a fall there is no collision with the ground or obstacles in the fall path.
A full body harness with a body support device and fall arrest system is the only device that can ensure your safety. Since acrobatics and aerial dance do not usually require the use of such devices, the installation of a landing mat is essential .
Tripod-type gantries such as the TP700, not being anchored to the ground, are designed exclusively for the use of static aerial apparatus with oscillations that must necessarily occur within the perimeter of the base triangle . Oscillations beyond the perimeter of the base can unbalance the structure and must therefore be avoided at all costs as they are potentially dangerous. In addition, oscillations make it impossible to predict the trajectory of the fall and therefore the proper use of fall mattresses.
If the gantry is to be erected for long periods outdoors, exposure to atmospheric agents must be taken into account. Strong winds can cause the structure to collapse. The legs of the gantry have holes through which it is possible to anchor the structure to the ground. The size of the stakes (not included) and the quality of the ground to be anchored must be assessed by competent personnel. In case of bad weather, however, it is always preferable to dismantle the gantry . Under no circumstances should aerial tools be left anchored to the top of the structure without the supervision of competent personnel.

Hello, I have been using the tripod regularly for 4 months and the pins break regularly. What is the size of the pins so I can buy them individually please?
I think it's possible that the pin is simply inserted the wrong way. When correctly placed, it should not touch any other piece. If you find it touching something, just turn it over and put it back the other way around - that should fix it. This is in principle the only possible cause. Note that if a pin is inserted backwards, it may come loose from the structure, so it is best to check this before use.
Hello, I will have to move the gantry crane alone during transport. The total weight of the gantry crane is 140 kg for the 7 m. Can you tell me the weight of each pack of 5 tubes and the weight of the crate?

Good morning, I don't have a gantry on hand to weigh each element but we can imagine by dividing the total weight by 3: 47kg... Let's say around 40kg per batch of posts and divide the rest by 2 between the crate and the platform. That is: 40kg per batch of posts, 10kg of tray and 10kg for the material box. I honestly have no idea but logic would dictate that it's something like this... If you need something more specific let me know but I won't have the answer quickly...

Of course. You will only need to buy 3 central sections. And three 5m cables. The cable is not listed on my site at the time of writing this review. But it will be in a week or two.

You will only need 3 central elements and 3 cables of 5 meters in length . And you will have what you need to assemble your gantry in a 7 meter high version.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you talking about the space taken up by the dismantled structure? The structure takes up very little space once stored. It fits entirely on a long pallet. What takes up the most space are the tubes, which are 175cm long sections. There are 12 in total. The heaviest element of the structure weighs 10 kg. All the accessories supplied with the structure fit in a crate that measures 60x40x40.
