These sticks are very basic. For those of you who want to discover diabolo, these sticks are perfect. No need to spend more if it's just for fun!
If you plan to spend a lot of time with your diabolo, beware of blisters. Wood is seriously lacking in comfort! In this case, opt for aluminum sticks instead.

Whichever stick you choose, you will be able to perform almost any figure.
- Beech sticks are strong and efficient, they are widely used in schools and associations .
- Aluminum sticks are rigid sticks , a favorite among beginners because they are thin and therefore excellent for making slides / grinds that last a very long time. They are also widely used by diabolists who practice intensively.
- Carbon sticks are soft diabolo sticks . They are used for practicing with several diabolos to better cushion the reception of the diabolos. They offer additional comfort compared to aluminum sticks.
- Fiberglass sticks are very light . The lighter the sticks, the more you feel the diabolo in the string. Similar to carbon sticks, they are slightly flexible for added comfort.
Adjust the string of your diabolo:
When playing diabolo, an important factor is the length of the string. The length depends on your height and also your preferences. There is no standard length!
That said, generally for children, we put a total length of string that goes from the foot to the shoulder . For teenagers/adults, we put a slightly shorter length going from the foot to the armpit.
To find the length you prefer, try it several times and, as soon as you feel you like it, keep it!
