Dynamic hula hoop:
Excellent for a dynamic style. Ideal for "breaks" and "puddles". They are very responsive to the "pulse" because they are made with a 20mm diameter tube which is less flexible than a 16mm tube.
Recommended for beginners because they are heavier.

One of the highlights of this hula hoop model is that it can be adapted to any size of person. The bigger it is, the easier it will be to use. If you want to make it more dynamic, just shorten it. Thus it can also be adapted for children by slightly decreasing its diameter.
