Use of the mat outdoors:
This gymnastics mat is designed for indoor use. When using outdoors, make sure not to put it on the ground if you practice on gravel (we recommend to put it on carpet for example) and it will have to be wiped if you practice in a place where there is dust. If you want to use it outdoors, we advise you to put "scratch bands" that you can buy by the meter or in rolls in haberdasheries. By applying strips to the scratch on the one of your carpet, you will prevent dust from settling there and you will thus extend the lifespan of your carpet. Avoid leaving it in the rain: prolonged exposure may allow water to seep between the seams and cause your carpet to wear prematurely.
