Pedalo® Swinging Bridge - Balance Exercise

The Pedalo® Oscillating Bridge is a tool designed for balance and coordination exercises. It consists of a solid beech board measuring 100 cm x 12 cm x 5 cm . Thanks to its reversible design, it allows you to vary the exercises: with the wide surface on the ground for greater stability or with the narrow surface for an increased challenge. This device helps strengthen the foot muscles and improves proprioception.
