Recommended complementary products

To weight your bolas according to your practice style, we recommend using classic juggling balls:

  • 70g starter balls : Ideal for children and learning the basics.
  • 120g balls : For greater inertia, but also interesting for gaining precision on more technical isolations.

Usage tips for professionals

Simply slide the chosen balls inside the fabric sleeve and tie a knot at the end. The more weight you add to your bolas, the more stable they will be in the wind and the more precise they will be in slow movements. A light filling is preferable for working on speed and reaction time.

⚠️ WARNING: Equipment sold without weights. Be sure to use soft objects for filling (juggling balls, bean bags) to preserve the integrity of the fabric and, above all, for maximum comfort.
