For a lasting result, make sure to thoroughly clean the metal with rubbing alcohol before applying a strong contact adhesive (adhesive not included)."

Assembly & Maintenance Tips

For optimal attachment to the aluminum of your stilts:

Remove all traces of the old foam.
Use a neoprene-type adhesive or contact adhesive for maximum adhesion.
Maintain even pressure across the entire surface while drying.
Avoid storing in humid places to preserve the structure of the foam.
