Here is a plain but interesting training staff that can be handled in various ways. You can use it with some dancing, use it as a regular staff and juggle with it. It is light, which also allows its use in juggling (450g). An equipment to make the link between the staff and the juggling disciplines.
Characteristics of the Sting staff:

The Sting staff is equipped with a coating that covers the entire staff. This band is resistant to friction in addition to ensuring a good grip.

Est-il bien pour débuter complètement ou vaut-il mieux prendre le Staff contact d'entrainement ?
Ce staff sera parfait pour débuter. Sa petite taille le rend maniable avec la possibilité qu’il passe sous les bras (contrairement à un staff plus long). Il pourra être spinné à haute vitesse, jeté facilement et mis en rotation en l’air. Tout ce qu’il faut pour apprendre toute une panoplie de mouvements de base. Un staff contact sera très différents, plus lourd, plus grand, il permettra de travailler des mouvements précis. Le fait d’être plus lent et plus grand permet des passages en précision sur différentes zones du corps. On comprend mieux où il passe et on peu mieux le diriger qu’un petit staff. Ce n’est pas une erreur de prendre un staff plutôt qu’un autre pour débuter. Par contre à force d’apprendre et de pratiquer, par la suite vous aurez sûrement une préférence pour un petit staff ou un staff de contact...
