The diameter of the poi has an important role in your choice. We sell 70mm and 95mm which are intended for 2 completely different types of use.
If you are a beginner or have a fast practice style, then the 70mm poi will be the most suitable for you.
If on the contrary, you have a technical practice, and you want to be precise in your movements, then the 95mm poi will suit you more. Indeed, they are heavier and allow precise stops. This extra mass makes the poi more tiring to handle which could discourage beginners and people who want to practice fast movements.
