Discover aerial silks in an inclusive, caring and safe environment with beginner workshops led by Dany Tran and organized by the Cirque Fier.es collective. Throughout the 2026-2027 season, these monthly sessions offer an excellent entry point into the world of aerial arts, whether you are a complete beginner or wish to review the basics in good conditions.

Founded in 2020, Cirque Fier.es is an LGBTQIA+ and allies collective, feminist and intersectional, that brings together circus arts enthusiasts around values of inclusion, respect, and knowledge sharing. Co-founder Dany Tran specializes in aerial silks and has been teaching for several years in various organizations. Through these workshops, he aims to provide a learning space where everyone can progress at their own pace, experiment freely, and develop in an environment where no form of discrimination, oppression, or violence is tolerated.

These sessions are specifically designed for beginners. They allow participants to discover the fundamentals of aerial silks and acquire the essential first techniques. Participants will learn, in particular, climbs, foot locks, belly locks, inversions, as well as the essential principles of safety and positioning. Those already regularly practicing aerial silks are encouraged to enroll in higher-level classes, as these workshops aim to support newcomers in their first steps.

Classes are held one Thursday a month, from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, at RueWATT, in the heart of Paris's 13th arrondissement. No prior technical experience is required, and no prior circus arts training is necessary. Only a specific medical contraindication to physical activity would prevent participation.

Each session is independent and requires a separate booking. Tickets are valid only for the chosen date, are limited to one registration per person, and are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Beyond technical training, these workshops offer a true immersion in an artistic practice where self-improvement, confidence, creativity, and the joy of movement are central. Suspended in the air, the fabric becomes a playground for exploration, allowing participants to develop their strength, flexibility, coordination, and physical expression, all within a warm and supportive environment.
