Two-day internship : 100€
Give your child a two-day immersion in the world of tightrope dancing with this workshop organized by the Fratellini Academy, one of the most prestigious circus schools in France. Aimed at children aged 8 to 12, this workshop will take place on April 5th and 6th, 2027, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Academy's premises in Saint-Denis.

Over these two days, young participants will discover a poetic and demanding discipline that combines balance, movement, physical expression, and creativity. The goal is not simply to learn how to walk on a tightrope, but to explore all the possibilities this apparatus offers: moving around the wire, on the wire, under the wire, alone or with others, giving ample room to imagination and artistic exploration.

Through playful exercises, balance games, and creative activities, children develop their motor skills, coordination, self-confidence, listening skills, and ability to create collaboratively. Technical work is consistently combined with an artistic approach, true to the Fratellini Academy's pedagogy, which encourages each child to find their own way of moving and expressing themselves.

The workshops are led by teachers from the Fratellini Academy in a safe environment adapted to the age of the participants. Children are invited to experiment with different play and movement situations in order to discover the many facets of wire dance, while developing their balance, concentration, and creativity.

The camp runs from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. A lunch break is scheduled from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, and families should provide a packed lunch for their child.

Offered at a price of €100 for the two days, this workshop is an excellent opportunity to discover circus arts in a recognized professional setting, within an institution that has been training circus artists for many years and also welcomes a large amateur audience.

Registration will open on the afternoon of September 1st, 2026. Whether your child is discovering the circus for the first time or already participates in an artistic activity, this workshop will allow them to experience a wealth of discovery, balance, and creativity at the heart of the contemporary circus world.
