Immerse your child in the fascinating world of circus arts with the multidisciplinary workshops offered by Tous en Piste – TEP Studio Circus, held in Tourrette-Levens, near Nice. Open to children aged 4 and up, these five-day workshops provide a complete immersion in circus disciplines, in a safe, supportive environment conducive to each child's development.
Throughout the week, young artists discover and practice a wide variety of techniques through five workshops dedicated to circus arts. The program includes juggling with scarves, balls, clubs, diabolo, and devil sticks; balance disciplines such as slacklining, tightrope walking, rola-bola, and balance ball; aerial arts including trapeze, aerial hammock, aerial silks, and aerial hoop; as well as acrobatics, human pyramids, acrobatic circus, and trampoline. Participants also develop their creativity through scavenger hunt and stage performance workshops, essential for learning how to perform in front of an audience.
Each course is organised in small groups of a maximum of 12 children per instructor, with a maximum of 24 participants, guaranteeing personalized support and progression adapted to the level of each individual, whether they are a beginner or already initiated in circus arts.
The highlight of the week is the end-of-camp performance, presented on Friday at 3 p.m. and open to all. Each participant takes to the stage to present a performance showcasing the skills learned during the week. Parents, families, and friends are invited to come and applaud the young artists and share this enjoyable moment, followed by a snack for all participants.
The internships are offered during three periods during the school holidays:
from October 19 to 23, 2026;
from February 22 to 26, 2027;
from April 19 to 23, 2027.
Two options are available to suit the needs of families:
5 full days, from 10am to 4:30pm;
5 half-days, either in the morning or afternoon.
To participate, each child must have comfortable sportswear (t-shirt with leggings, shorts or leotard, no skirt or dress), have long hair tied back, and bring a bottle of water, a snack and a meal for full days.
These workshops offer an excellent opportunity to discover all facets of circus arts while developing motor skills, balance, coordination, creativity, self-confidence, and teamwork. Through a playful and progressive teaching approach, children thrive in a dynamic environment where everyone can experiment, learn, and enjoy creating before experiencing the thrill of a real performance in front of an audience.
