Candidates must design and then lead a complete aerial silks course before a jury of two independent experts from the certifying body. The evaluation covers the quality of instruction as well as safety, pedagogy, observation skills, feedback provided to students, group management, session organization, and adherence to best professional practices. To obtain RS7477 certification, a minimum score of 15/20, representing 75% of the final grade, is required.

Throughout the training, participants learn to assess the skill level of their future students in order to set individualized goals. They develop their ability to design comprehensive sessions that include specific warm-ups, muscle strengthening, progressive learning of movements, transitions, choreography work, and cool-downs. The training also places a strong emphasis on pedagogy, knowledge transfer, group management, individualized feedback, and adapting exercises to each participant's physical abilities.

Particular emphasis is placed on safety, an essential element in aerial disciplines. The complete program is offered at a price of €2,000 including VAT and certification.
