After enjoying immense success across Asia, South America and many European countries, Rêves de Cirque finally arrives in France with its new creation MUSEUM – Les Splendeurs du Cirque, a family show under a big top that invites young and old to experience an extraordinary adventure where dreams, imagination and circus arts meet.

At the heart of this creation lies the touching story of a little boy who falls asleep dreaming of finding his favorite toys. Thus begins a wondrous journey through a fantastical world where toys come to life, where the scenery seems straight out of a fairy tale, and where every encounter becomes a new adventure. Along his path, he discovers a world populated by amazing characters who accompany him on his quest, transforming his dream into a true ode to childhood, imagination, and the magic of the circus.

To tell this story, Rêves de Cirque brings together an international troupe of artists from all corners of the world. Jugglers, clowns, acrobats, trapeze artists, aerialists, and other circus performers showcase their talent, virtuosity, and daring to bring this magical tale to life. Each act seamlessly integrates into the narrative and contributes to the unfolding story of the young hero.

The show is distinguished by its particularly ambitious staging, blending traditional circus disciplines with those of theatre, song, and dance. This creation also draws inspiration from the very origins of the circus, and especially from the world of Commedia dell'arte, with its colourful characters, its humour, its burlesque situations, and its famous street performers who have left their mark on the history of live entertainment.

The monumental sets, costumes, lighting, music, and visual effects immerse the audience in a magical atmosphere where each scene transports them to a new tableau. Together, they create a spectacular visual universe capable of captivating both young children and adults.

MUSEUM – The Splendors of the Circus doesn't just aim to impress with its technical feats. The show also plays on emotion and nostalgia, reviving childhood memories. The giant toys that come to life, the fantastical characters, the aerial acts, the moments of poetry, the clowns' appearances, and the warm atmosphere of the big top all recall the sensations of early circus performances. The smell of cotton candy and caramel popcorn, along with bursts of laughter, all contribute to this enchanting interlude where everyone rediscovers a part of their childhood.

Designed as a show for the whole family, MUSEUM – The Splendors of the Circus offers nearly two hours of entertainment (including intermission) under a large, comfortable, and heated big top during the winter season. The show is recommended for children aged two and up and is suitable for both circus enthusiasts and families looking to share a moment of wonder.

To cater to all audiences, Rêves de Cirque also offers specific packages for groups, schools, leisure centers, associations, works councils (CSE), and social clubs. Private sessions or performances open to the general public can be arranged according to your needs, with preferential rates tailored to groups.

Visitors are encouraged to book their tickets in advance to take advantage of the best promotional offers available throughout the tour. Tickets can be presented directly on a smartphone on the day of the performance. It is recommended to arrive between 30 and 45 minutes before the start of the show to fully enjoy the atmosphere under the big top.

On site, a food area allows you to extend the experience with many treats such as cotton candy, caramel popcorn, crepes, waffles, hot dogs, paninis, fries, drinks and other sweets which contribute to the traditional atmosphere of the circus.

The 2026-2027 French tour will stop in several major cities: Poitiers from October 2 to 4, 2026, Angers / Écouflant from October 9 to 11, 2026, Rennes / Bruz from October 23 to November 1, 2026, Orléans / Fleury-les-Aubrais from November 6 to 15, 2026, Chartres from December 4 to 6, 2026, Nice from December 18, 2026 to January 10, 2027, Béziers from January 15 to 17, 2027 and Montpellier from February 5 to 21, 2027, where the big top will welcome the public for a series of performances.

With its original story, spectacular staging, international artists, and acts blending technical prowess, humor, poetry, and emotion, MUSEUM – The Splendors of the Circus promises an immersive experience where circus arts, theater, dance, and song come together to offer an unforgettable journey to the land of dreams. Whether you come with family, friends, a school, a leisure center, or a company outing, this show invites everyone to rediscover their inner child and share a moment of wonder under the big top of Circus Dreams.
