Acroyoga workshop with Carlyne and Julie

Basic postures and flow, 2 levels

In the morning, after a fun warm-up, we invite you to discover or deepen your understanding of basic acroyoga postures. We have variations to adapt to the participants' level. In the afternoon, we will teach a flow (sequence of postures) at two levels (beginner and intermediate), incorporating the postures covered in the morning. To participate in this workshop, you must have attended the morning session or already have some basic acroyoga experience.

Carlyne has been practicing acroyoga since 2019, and has been teaching it in Brest in an association setting since September 2024 after having been an assistant during the courses of several teachers.

Julie has been practicing acroyoga since almost 2023 and has been assisting Carlyne in acroyoga classes since September 2025. She has also been a teacher for 13 years.

Both participate in numerous training courses throughout France to improve their level in acroyoga and to be able to pass it on to the Brest and Breton community.
