Let's explore at the border between reality and imagination.

Where does our imagination come from, what influences it and why this need for imagination? Is it an answer, a wall against our anxieties? A void to fill in the face of the present moment and reality?
How can dream and reality influence each other?

It is this tipping point that we plan to explore. Juggling with its suspensions, its instability and its possible diversions will be a gateway to this point. The universe provoked by the repeated, amplified, scratched sounds will transport us out of time and reality.

For this new creation, we have chosen to continue the research work around the sound of juggling bouncing balls and the work on the sound of objects undertaken during our previous show “Tic Tac Flop”.
To provoke the imagination, we will use the evocative power of music and sounds. We will rely on the sound universe released by the live stage actions (balls, objects and bodies) either broadcasted as such, or retransformed by Computer Aided Music.
We will also use the creation of sound loops like the repeated actions that punctuate our daily life.

Kafka's universe will be a starting point for us. The characters will leave their reality to find themselves in an unusual and confusing situation. Imagination will overwhelm reality.

The Si j'y Suis company:

It was created in 2009 by Alexandre Humez and Lyse Hélène Legrand.

Both trained in the circus school in Bordeaux (2005-2006) and the circus school in Lomme (2007 to 2010), the practice of duo juggling is the basis of their work, their research revolves around juggling balls (air juggling and bouncing balls), dance, theatre and manipulation.

Already directing the show "Bal(les)" (2016) "Tic Tac Flop" 2020 and singer-songwriter for "Double Sens" (2018).

Trained in circus arts from 1992 to 1997 at the Boulogne-sur-mer circus school, he joined the Rollmops Théâtre company, trained as an actor with Laurent Cappe and participated in various creations.

He co-founded the Les Romains-Michels company in 2006, with 7 creations and more than 400 performances. He thus directed several productions for circus and theater companies.
