Aerial Silk Tutorial - Basic Climbs

The objective of this tutorial is to teach you the various basic climbs useful to begin the aerial silk practice.

In this video, two climbs are discussed: the classic climb and the Russian climb.

You just have to launch the video and follow the steps.
