It's all about the flexibility of the wrist. The spinning plate, also called juggling plate, is a circus technique much appreciated by all. This practice requires good motor skills and some awareness of the body pattern.

The shape of the plate is such that it can be fairly easily balanced at the top of the stick. The basic movement is to rotate the plate at the end of the stick balanced on its center.

NetJuggler tips:

Start slowly to gradually accelerate by drawing circles in the air with the end of the stick. The movement comes from the wrist. When the plate spins fast enough and stabilizes horizontally, block the movement and the plate stabilizes its rotation.
This is when you can try several tricks: throw the plate and then catch it on the stick. Pass the plate from the stick to a finger of your hand or to a finger of your friend !
