Flat sling

A sling made up of a carrying strap lined with a ring at each end. It allows to create a temporary anchor for many different aerials: aerial hoop, some trapezes, aerial silks etc...

We attach the apparatus to it thanks to carabiners.

This item is available in several lengths. The length is chosen according to the structure where you install your aerial equipment. It is to be chosen from the options on this page. Regarding the price, the amount indicated opposite the size is added to the price displayed.

In the options on this product page we refer to the effective length which corresponds to the total length taken inside the loops.

Installation and usage tips:

You will need to know the size of the beam to then choose the size of the flat sling to use. If the beam you pass the sling over is square with sharp edges, you can add additional protection between the beam and the anchor strap (for example a piece of carpet).

As with all aerial equipment, check the condition of the strap before each use. Always replace it if it shows signs of wear. The safety of the person who uses the apparatus attached to this strap is at stake.

When installing an aerial structure, it is good to avoid anchoring it near a heat source (lamps, etc.)

Any textile anchor point is made for a temporary installation, which means that if it is used for more than 24 hours, each time it is used, it is necessary to go up to check the condition of the sling.

Store your sling in a clean, dry and well-ventilated place away from solar radiation.

Please note, many slings and anchor straps available on the market are certified for industrial lifting. The strap presented here has a certificate for lifting people which is mandatory for use in a professional environment.
