About the author Thomas “Anglo” Horton:
Born in 1879 in North Adelaide, Australia, Thomas Horton was one of the most renowned jugglers of his time, often referred to as “Australia's Greatest Juggler” . In 1903, during an engagement in London, he met the Hamley brothers, owners of the oldest toy shop in the world.
From this encounter was born a unique project: the publication of the first book entirely devoted to juggling. The Art of Modern Juggling quickly became a reference for jugglers in the early decades of the 20th century.
