It's not easy at first to position it on your material because the roller is a bit large, but you quickly get used to it. We recommend that you change your grip about once a year. During the first two training sessions, the grip may be a little sticky, but after that it will become just perfect. It is also possible that there are some strands that fray on the first uses. Some people like to double the thickness of grip on the bottom of a hoop, it may be something for you to explore. This grip model does not become sticky when the hoop heats up during intensive use.
