Heat-resistant glue cartridge for fixing Kevlar

This high-temperature adhesive in a 310 ml cartridge is designed for fast and precise application over large areas. It is particularly suitable for fixing Kevlar wicks in a manufacturing context or for repairing fire juggling equipment (staffs, torches, bolas, etc.). It offers excellent thermal and mechanical resistance, ensuring reliable hold even during repeated exposure to high temperatures.

Formulated for demanding applications, this heat-resistant glue meets the needs of professionals in the entertainment, DIY and light industry.

Capacity : 310 ml (standard cartridge).
Thermal resistance : up to 1250°C.
Compatible materials : metal, Kevlar, technical textiles, ceramics, refractory bricks.
Single-component : ready to use, requires no mixing.
Setting time : 2 to 4 hours depending on ambient conditions.
Complete drying : 24 hours.

Instructions for use

This product is packaged in a cartridge and is used with a standard extrusion gun (not included). A plastic tip is included for targeted application:

Cut off the end of the cartridge, screw on the supplied tip.
Insert the cartridge into a standard caulk gun.
Apply the glue to clean, dry surfaces.
Position the elements to be fixed within 10 minutes of application.
Leave to dry without restraint for at least 4 hours.
Do not expose to heat before complete drying (24 hours).

Cleaning is done with water before drying. Once hardened, the glue requires mechanical removal.

Complementary applications

In addition to its use for fire juggling equipment, this glue can be used for:

the fixing of fiberglass joints or cords in stoves or boilers;
the installation of insulating textiles in ovens or inserts;
repairs to cracks or parts subjected to thermal cycles;
fixing refractory bricks or heat-resistant decorative elements.

Storage and precautions

Store the cartridge in a dry place at room temperature (+5°C to +25°C). Close the nozzle tightly after use to prevent the product from hardening.

Shelf life (unopened) : 12 months.
After opening : consume quickly, closing carefully.
