Heat Resistant Kevlar Glue

Available formats
This heat-resistant glue is available in two packaging options:
- Small size – 30 ml : ideal for spot repairs, tests or small areas.
- Medium size – 125 ml : suitable for more regular use or applications on multiple devices.
Both formats are ready to use, with an identical formulation. The choice depends on the surface to be glued and the frequency of use.
Main use: fixing Kevlar to fire equipment
At NetJuggler, this glue is used to securely fix Kevlar wicks. It offers excellent heat resistance, even in extreme conditions. It's ideal for securing and/or repairing fire juggling equipment such as staffs, torches, or bolas. Be careful, however, not to overuse it, as the surfaces you're going to cover will no longer absorb fuel.
Technical characteristics
Designed to withstand high temperatures, this glue offers excellent performance on a wide variety of materials. It is easy to use and durable once dry.
- Thermal resistance up to approximately 1250°C.
- Effective adhesion to metal, Kevlar, ceramics, technical textiles.
- Single-component, requires no pre-mixing.
- Setting time: approximately 2 to 4 hours depending on humidity and temperature conditions.
- Complete hardening after 24 hours.
Instructions for use
To ensure a long-lasting hold, it is recommended to follow these steps when applying:
- Carefully clean the surfaces to be glued: they must be dry, clean and dust-free.
- Apply the glue using a spatula or in a thin bead directly from the tube or bottle.
- Position the elements to be glued immediately, within 5 to 10 minutes of application.
- Keep the items in place without stress for at least 4 hours.
- Allow to dry for 24 hours before exposure to heat or heavy use.
Tools should be cleaned with water before drying. Once hardened, the glue is difficult to remove.

- Fixing of gaskets and thermal textiles in stoves and fireplaces.
- Repairs to ducts, walls or equipment exposed to heat.
- Assembly of insulating cords, strips or fabrics in heating systems.

Storage and shelf life
To preserve the product's properties, it is advisable to store the glue in a dry place at moderate temperatures (between +5°C and +25°C).
- Shelf life (unopened) : 12 months from manufacture.
- After opening : close tightly and use within the following weeks.
Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity or frost, which could affect the quality of the product.
