Fire contact sword:
The Fire Contact Sword is an apparatus designed for artists seeking to combine precision, control, and realistic aesthetics. Thanks to its internal counterweight and its blade entirely covered in braided Kevlar® rope, balance is optimized for contact movements, with a feel similar to a staff… but in a compact version. This configuration allows for fluid rotations, stable body positioning, and perfectly predictable inertia for experienced performers.
115 cm model, with integrated counterweight and silicone grip handle. Drill bit length: 72 cm.
NetJuggler's review of the Fire Touch Sword:
A contact sword is not a beginner's apparatus. Here, the balancing is particularly technical: more than half the weight is concentrated in the counterweight ball located at the end of the handle. This shifts the center of gravity towards the hand, creating that "magical" behavior that surprises the audience. This model reacts like a half-staff contact sword: very playful, very responsive, but demanding. We note that the original silicone grip is functional, but quite basic. Performers seeking superior comfort can easily cover it with a handlebar tape, tennis, or squash grip. A silicone disc also protects the hand from heat, while enhancing overall safety. A spectacular model, designed for experienced performers.

Additional information:
This contact sword positions its center of gravity in the handle thanks to a substantial counterweight. This configuration allows for precise rolls to the arms, back, neck, and hips, with an inertia similar to a short staff but more demanding. The silicone disc acts as a heat shield, while the Kevlar® cord ensures a dense and consistent flame.
Optional complementary products:
To enhance your safety and protect your skin from the heat, NetJuggler offers a full range of technical fiber gear: Kevlar mittens , Kevlar sleeves , Nomex® gloves , hats, and thermal protection . Ideal for long and intense sessions.
Important : Do not use this sword for choreographed fights, impacts, or throws. The blade can bend upon lateral impact. Never place a lit fuse on the ground. Avoid prolonged contact with fuel on the silicone parts. Never use white spirit or benzene. Equipment intended for experienced performers only.
