When you're starting out in juggling, it's not always easy to know which equipment to choose. And when you want to give a gift to someone who has never juggled, it's even more complicated!

We have therefore put together this kit to allow people to discover several disciplines without having to invest in a lot of equipment.

Scarves are perfect for first attempts: they fall slowly, giving you time to understand the movements. Balls then allow you to progress to classic three-ball juggling. As for the spinning plate, it provides a different, fun, and often very rewarding activity for beginners.

It's also a kit that we think would be a great gift: even if the person doesn't immediately take to one discipline, they can try two others!

Which discipline should I start with?

1. Scarves to understand the movements: start with one scarf, then two. Their slow fall allows you to take the time to coordinate your movements. You can then try with three scarves.

2. Balls for learning to juggle: start by practicing with a single ball, tossing it from one hand to the other. Then move on to two balls, and gradually try to string together throws with three balls.

3. Chinese plate to vary the fun: learn to rotate the plate on your chopstick, then try to maintain its rotation and make small figures.

Our advice: alternate disciplines! If an exercise seems difficult, switch to another accessory and come back to it later.
