Pirouette Bulb and/or Short Delphine:

This club body (or bulb) will allow you to assemble your own Pirouette -type club as well as short Delphine -type clubs. It will also allow you to repair your clubs yourself by replacing your current bulb. This body is the one pre-assembled on the following Henrys clubs: Pirouette or Pirouette grip (we offer both types as options). Both body types are compatible with both types of Pirouette (standard or grip).

The clubs that are equipped with this body

The clubs shown in the image above are the models that come standard with this body. Therefore, there is compatibility between all these models in terms of body type.

NetJuggler's opinion:

The body is relatively easy to replace. Unscrew the top cap of the club using a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the tape in the center of the club, then replace the body. Note that you will need tape to reseal the central joint of your club. Don't use just any tape; you will need a high-quality tape that won't "bleed" in the sun.

NetJuggler Tips:

Change the bulb of a club:

  • When you reattach the tip to the bulb, be sure to use the same original screw from the same manufacturer. This is very important because otherwise you risk damaging the wood. It's also important because these are very strong screws that won't break if you drop your mallet on them.
  • If you're repairing an old club, you might find that when you put the top cap back on, the screw just spins without engaging the wood (it spins freely and serves no purpose). This is a typical example of club wear. In this situation, we recommend inserting a wooden matchstick into the hole with a dab of wood glue, then inserting your new screw. That should do the trick, and what seems like a simple fix will give your club a new lease on life.

Video on how to repair/modify a club

I've put together this video which explains how to repair a club, change a handle, a body, etc.

Parts compatibility:

Pirouette Henrys bodies are compatible with the following parts:

Vision Version

Among the options are two translucent bodies designed to fit the Vision clubs from the manufacturer Flowtoys. Note that some come with a hole at the top of the body already designed for Vision clubs, while others require you to drill this hole yourself upon receipt, which necessitates a hole saw not included. This translucent version is sold for DIY adaptation to your clubs and requires some DIY skills.

Information about the manufacturer Henrys:

Henrys is a German brand recommended by all juggling professionals. Their equipment is renowned for its robustness and is designed for intensive use.

    Repairing an old club

Hello, I just broke the central wooden structure. Is it possible to replace it, and if so, do you sell the part? Thank you for your reply.

      Good morning,

We sell the complete handle with the wooden rod: Handle for pirouette .

Note, however, that this is only compatible if your club was purchased after 2013.

      Good day

Changing the body of an old pirouette club

    Good morning !

Great video for club maintenance. However, I have the stapled version! You say you will make an explanatory video for changing the old models: have you done it? I can't find it on the site! If I buy a club body on your site, will it be compatible with an old one? Thank you very much!

    Noticed

    Good morning,

I bought my clubs from your booth at EJC in 2013 and, after recently buying new bodies, I realize that they are compatible (luckily)! My clubs are not stapled!

    Good morning,

How can I tell if mine are from before or after 2015?

    THANKS

      Re: Title

If you remove the center tape from your club, it will reveal the lower body. If there is a staple, you probably have the old version. If there is no staple in the body, then you probably have the new version :-)

    question

    Good morning

Can I change the body of my twenty-year-old pirouette clubs? Will they still be compatible?

    THANKS

      Re: question

The bodies are only compatible with clubs that are less than 5 years old. They changed the mold, it's no longer manufactured like before. When I say 5 years, it's for clubs manufactured since 2015.
