Juggling with Russian balls:

The diameter of the ball is 75mm. The shell is made using the same recipe used on the grips of the PX3 / PX4 clubs. Each shell has a mass of 35 grams. And the mass of each ball varies depending on what you put inside: thin quartz sand, sand, flour, sugar, wheat semolina, salt etc ...

Depending on the density of what you put inside, you can adjust the ball's center of gravity as well as its mass.

Allows you to carry up to 6 balls like these. The bag will be automatically added to your order when being prepared if you order at least 5 of these balls. :-)

NetJuggler's opinion:

Usually, Russian balls are 1/3 filled with thin powder. This type of filling makes it possible to reduce the center of gravity of the ball in order to obtain good trajectories during high throws.

This type of ball also allows a good grip because when catching these balls, the mass is concentrated on the bottom of the ball.

This ball model is sometimes criticized for being hard to the touch. For optimal comfort, many jugglers wrap this ball in a balloon, this adds excellent grip. We invite you to try :-).

Technical characteristics:

What kind of use ?

The Russian Ball Plug and Play is ideal for experienced jugglers who want to manage the weight of their balls. It is perfect for 5 balls and more.

Tips for filling the balls:

The balls are easy to fill using a small funnel. If you don't have one, you can easily make one yourself using a sheet of paper.

If you don't know where to find thin quartz, head to a materials store, you'll find some pretty easily. The price per kilo is around 20 cents.

In our experience, the most popular materials for filling Russian balls are: thin sand quartz and thin salt.

Informations on the manufacturer Play Juggling:

Play has developed a cap system here. It will have to be forced in (with your fingers). This action is done in force so that the cap stays in place while you juggle. It can again be removed as many times as you want if you want to change the filling of your balls.

Play Juggling manufactures this item in Italy. Play items are renowned for being of good quality, with particular attention to the finishes. Among their range of products we find initiation equipment but also reputable equipment used by entertainment professionals.

Travelling with Russian balls:

If you travel a lot, you probably know that some borders outside of Europe are difficult to cross with juggling balls because of the millet seeds which are found inside. With this type of balls, you just have to empty them for your difficult border crossings. This will prevent you from having your balls destroyed ;-).

    coque
