Hello, does this yoyo allow you to play in responsive and non-responsive mode?

I quote "Item sold individually with 3 strings and 2 axes: 1 responsive and 1 irresponsive." But the 3 colors have been out of stock for a while...
So I was thinking of going with this one, but I don't see any mention of the two axes. Can you confirm, please? Thanks.
