Wide axis

This item is sold individually, to equip a Tornado diabolo or a Finesse diabolo by Mister Babache.
Wide axis (Evolution 1):
Finesse and Tornado may seem limited to some diabolists. Indeed, their axis has a normal size which makes them not ideal for making "slides" as well as for most tricks where the hands come into contact with the diabolos.
The Evolution 1 set (the wide axis) allows the axis to be lengthened, thus leaving room for the fingers. This keeps the diabolo spinning longer.
The wide axis allows new tricks, especially on the fingers.
Technical characteristics:
This set is compatible with the following diabolos:
- Finesse (former Finesse model).
- Finesse G2 (former Finesse model).
- Finesse G3.
- Finesse G4.
- Tornado.
People who bought this item also bought the following items
Generation 4 Finesse diabolo
Evolution of the Finesse G3. More inertia and stability. Ideal for beginners.
25m Henrys professional string
Professional diabolo string. In roll of 25 meters. From the manufacturer Henrys.
Evolution 3 : Weight set 2 x 6g
Weight set for Finesse and Tornado diabolos. Adds 2x6g to the diabolo.
Hurricane Extreme 5 Bearings
Large diabolo, equipped with 5 ball bearings, for intensive use.

What is the weight of a wide axle?
Is this axle compatible with the Harlequin Medium of the same brand?
Too eager to know, I didn't take the time to read to the end of the comments, except there was the answer, sorry
Sorry but the wide axle is only compatible with the diabolos: Finesse (G1, G2, G3 and G4) as well as with the Tornado diabolo.
Good morning.
So here I was asking myself the following question, given that there is less friction and the diabolo gains in stability, is it wise to take a wide axle to learn the tricks?
Or else you might as well keep an original axle to really learn how to do the diabolo properly without making life easier for yourself ^^
In short, does the size of the axle play a role in the simplicity of learning with 1 diabolo? :)
The wide axis is good for practicing with 1 diabolo. It becomes less good for practicing with several diabolos because it becomes more difficult to realign the diabolos. The wide shaft is useful for performing tricks on sticks or fingers. It will be an asset for certain tricks and a hindrance for others.
Good morning,
Having managed to break my axle by tightening it a little too hard, I am looking to buy the central screw in a store or in a specialist shop (if you could inform me, I would be delighted).
If the answer is negative, I plan to buy wide axles but would like to know if there is a way to continue my 3D learning with such a kit (I can fit it but don't hold it), knowing that realigning with 2 diabolos is no problem for me.
Thanks in advance !
Unfortunately, we don't sell spare parts for diabolos. When playing with three diabolos, it's best not to use wide axles, but standard axles. The best diabolos for three-person practice are definitely the new lightweight Circus diabolos from Henrys and the Taibolos.
For the 3 diabolos, it would be better if you used the original normal axles of the diabolo!
Can this kit add weight to the diabolo?
This kit makes the diabolo slightly heavier. It is also worth noting that with this kit, the string will rub less on the domes and will therefore wear out less quickly. Using a wide axle makes the diabolo more difficult to un-axle and therefore more difficult to realign. This is an advantage when practicing with 1 diabolo but it proves to be a handicap when practicing with 2 or 3 diabolos. The fact that this friction is reduced also allows the diabolo to spin longer on the string. The fact that the weight kit makes the diabolo a little heavier means that the latter will have better inertia and better stability.
Is it mine to take this axle or a normal axle to have more speed?
The wide axle doesn't provide more speed. It widens the axle and will therefore facilitate tricks where the diabolo is placed on the sticks and fingers. If you're looking for a diabolo that will pick up speed more easily, I recommend looking at our ball-bearing diabolos.
is it compatible with the finesse g4
Yes, it is compatible with the Finesse G4 as stated in the description above :-)
Hello, I would like to know if this axle is suitable for medium-sized diabolos. Thank you in advance (I can't wait to find out).
This axle only fits the Finesse Generation 3 diabolo and the new Tornado diabolo from Mister Babache.
Hello everyone, I would like to know if we can adapt this wide axle to a medium harlequin diabolo. Thank you for your reply.
This axle only fits the Finesse Generation 3 diabolo and the new Tornado diabolo from Mister Babache.
This wide axle is really good because it allows a high range of figures while being more maneuverable!
I recommend it to everyone and long live the diabolo
