⚡ Batteries VS USB Rechargeable: Which Wins?
The Battery-Powered Kit (Standard): This is the "Arcade" choice. Inexpensive, immediate, and ideal for testing. It uses 3 AG13 button cell batteries per side. Perfect for occasional use.
The USB Kit (Fluxo / Hyperspin): This is the "Pro Gamer" choice. More powerful, more economical in the long run. Plug it in, charge it, and play for 4 to 10 hours. Recommended if you're a frequent gamer! Easy to swap, you can remove the LED block and replace it simply by clipping/unclipping on each side. You can easily buy other LEDs in different colors to add to your collection.
⚖️ Does the diabolo become heavier with light?
Yes! Adding a kit (batteries or USB) adds weight (approximately 30 to 70g depending on the model). This increases inertia: the diabolo spins longer but hurts a bit more if you catch it on your fingers.
💡 Cheat Code: The Taibolo USB Light-Up Diabolo is designed specifically for this: its shells are lightened to compensate for the weight of the kit.
👻 Translucent or Opaque: Which shines the most?
For a "Fireball" effect, choose a translucent diabolo (such as the Quartz, Vision, Hurricane, Typhoon, or Taibolo). The plastic allows light to pass through, and the entire diabolo lights up.
On an opaque diabolo (solid color), only the sides light up, creating a "UFO" or flying saucer effect.

🚫 Can I put the "Button Battery Kit" on anything?
No! This kit is compatible with: Jester, Cyclone, Quartz, Harlequin, Comet, Circus, Jazz, Typhoon, Hurricane...
⚠️ GAME OVER (Not compatible) with: Finessen, the Beach diabolo, and the Beach Free diabolo. It is, however, compatible with most diabolos that have size 10 bolts (metric system).
💎 I have a Henrys diabolo (Circus/Vision), which kit should I choose?
For high-end diabolos like Henrys, Hurricane, Typhoon, Hyperspin, and Sundia, the Fluxo 2K USB Kit is the ultimate solution. It replaces the original bolts and fits perfectly. It's the perfect upgrade to transform a classic Circus diabolo into a nighttime stage beast.
🌀 The special case: Hyperspin
Attention Player! Hyperspin diabolos have a single axle. They ONLY work WITH the Hyperspin V2 (or Chameleon) kit and the Fluxo 2k kit. Do not try to force another kit onto them; you risk breaking the axle (and losing the game).
💊 Care & Tips
😵 My diabolo "wobbles" (shakes) after assembly...
Don't panic. Make sure you have tightened the kit securely by hand (do not use pliers to avoid breaking the plastic).
Check that you have correctly installed the modules on both sides. A light kit must always be used in pairs to maintain the balance of the Force.
🔋 Which batteries are needed for manual recharging?
For the Standard Light Kit (entry-level), you will need AG13 (or LR44) batteries.
There are 3 per side, so 6 in total for a complete diabolo. A small Phillips screwdriver is needed to open the secret compartment. Remember to recycle! ♻️
