Diabolo to practice with 1, 2, 3 or 4 diabolos!
The Typhoon diabolo incorporates the best characteristics of the most efficient diabolos.
It is therefore ideal for practicing with 1 diabolo but also with several diabolos.
Characteristics of the Typhoon diabolo:
- Diameter: 128mm.
- Height: 143mm.
- Mass: 240g (with the LED kit installed its total mass: 280g.
- Axis: fixed.
- Available colours: Red, Green, Orange, Blue and Purple.
NetJuggler information:
What took the longest to develop on this diabolo is the material that is used on its cups. Indeed, it is very difficult to obtain a durable shiny translucent plastic that will have a good shape memory, which means that when the plastic deforms after an impact, it will return to its original shape.
Highlights of the Typhoon diabolo:
- On its cups, the masses are concentrated on the outside of the diabolo, giving it better inertia and better balance.
- With its 240 grams, it is stable enough to practice with 1 diabolo while having an ideal mass to practice with 2, 3 or 4 diabolos by providing little physical effort. Be careful, however, once equipped with the LED kit, the diabolo is heavier, 280 grams, which remains a reasonable mass for a glowing diabolo.
- Cups with a glossy finish do not catch on to each other during collisions between diabolos.
- A special shape has been given to the guides in order to make it easier to re-center your diabolos. - Ring: placed around the axis and between the two guides, it is on this part that the string slides.
What kind of use ?
This diabolo is ideal for practicing with one or more diabolos. Ideal for beginners or experienced diabolists.
For children, we recommend a medium size diabolo.
NetJuggler tips:
If you are a beginner, NetJuggler advises you to take a reel of string with your order. Indeed, beginners with dry and jerky movements wear out the strings very quickly, in a few hours, where the same string can last a few weeks for an experienced diabolist. This may save you from having to pay shipping fees again when your string is worn out.
Care advice for the glowing diabolo:
We deliver the diabolo with its original bolts to you so that you can remove the LED kit if you wish. It is unscrewable by hand.
In intensive use, it is recommended in case of jiggle on the LED set, to put a drop of threadlocker on the threaded rod of the axis to keep the LED set in place.

Good morning,
What is the shape of the central axis, is it closer to the cyclone v1 quartz or closer to the cyclone v2 quartz?
Otherwise, what is the difference with the medium-sized quartz cyclone?
Hello! 😊
The Typhoon diabolo has a fixed axle , which makes it quite different from the models you mention, such as the Quartz Cyclone V1 (which no longer exists) or the Quartz Cyclone V2 .
Comparison with Cyclone Quartz:
- Central axis :
- Typhoon : Fixed axle, ensuring increased stability during tricks. Versatile axle that allows for good performance for single-diabolo practice as well as for multi-diabolo practice.
- Quartz Cyclone V1/V2 : The axle is wide and equipped with three bearings. The bearings allow for a longer rotation time of the diabolo. This longer rotation time makes it easier to perform a series of tricks than with a diabolo equipped with a fixed axle.
- Design features :
- Typhoon : Its design emphasizes inertia and balance, with mass concentrated on the outside, which promotes performance with 1, 2, 3, or 4 diabolos. The diabolo is also much larger than the Cyclone Quartz, which helps with its inertia.
- Quartz Cyclone (medium size) : Well suited for beginner jugglers, but generally lighter, which may not be suitable for jugglers looking to master complex figures.
In summary, if you're looking for a high-performing and stable diabolo for various juggling levels, the Typhoon could be an excellent choice. If you have any further questions or need more information, please don't hesitate to let me know! ⭐
