a 20-page children's book , written by
Anaïs Lestrelin and illustrated by
Lia Despas , created in the heart of the universe of
Compagnie Mine de Rien .
Originally, Anaïs imagined this tale to give birth to a
Christmas show combining juggling, magic, shadow puppetry and

creation: it allows spectators to leave with
the history of the show and reliving it at home.
Augustin is a little elf of Santa's Christmas helper who doesn't really feel

The narration is fluid, ideal for young readers. as with bedtime stories. Illustrations by Lia Despas, both soft and luminous, clearly evoke the aesthetic circus performer (light juggling, magic, aerial…).
The QR code and the The final quiz makes it a particularly useful tool. Interesting: the book can be read, listened to, discussed and reused after the performance, with family or in context educational.
