The Slim Aerial Silks are a variation of the standard 160cm silk, specially designed to meet the needs of children , adults with small hands , and anyone still developing their grip strength. Its reduced width of 130cm allows for a better, more intuitive, and more comfortable grip, making the practice more accessible and less tiring for the same tricks.
Item sold individually (length to be chosen from the options). To fix it in the air you will need to equip yourself with a fabric bell sold separately in the aerial circus equipment category .

Lifespan and maintenance:
The observed lifespan is approximately 3 years / 300 hours . The main risk of wear comes from the jewelry : wearing it is strictly prohibited on the aerial fabric, as it can cause tears. Over time, the elasticity of the fabric changes: it is therefore normal to feel a difference when you replace an old fabric with a new one.
Care instructions: Machine wash cold (30°C max) with mild soap. Avoid washing too frequently to preserve the fabric's qualities.

Usage and safety
Aerial arts is a demanding and potentially dangerous discipline. Even at low heights, a landing mat is essential. Never practice alone, nor as a self-taught individual: supervision by professionals is strongly recommended.

Fireproofing and regulations
This fabric is neither fire-retardant nor classified M1 . Regulations only require fire-retardant treatment for stage sets . Circus equipment (such as aerial silks) is not subject to this requirement.
What length of aerial fabric should I buy?
Allow twice the floor-to-ceiling height plus 2 meters for tying the knots. Example: for a 5m hanger, you will need 12m of fabric.
